As a mom of 3 and dietitian focused on feeding families, I appreciate your points about feeding kids. Picky eating happens. Keep trying. Strive for variety! As the author of “The Parents’ Guide to Baby-led Weaning” I also appreciate that you included BLW as an option and love the infographic! There are many benefits, like improved dexterity, creating more adventerous eaters and allowing your child to choose how much to eat from the start is a great foundation for a healthy relationship with food.
